2017-2018 EDUCATION & OUTREACH INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

 Position: Education & Outreach Intern

Reports to: Director of Education & Outreach

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·                 Assist with the planning and management of programs

·                 Assist with development of course catalog

·                 Conduct research and collect information

·                 Compile data from program evaluations and Enrollment Surveys

·                 Produce storytelling and publicity pieces

·                 Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

·                 Graduate or undergraduate college/university student

·                 Excellent oral, written, and organization skills

·                 Ability to work individually and in a team

·                 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·                 Knowledge of Arts Education a plus

 

Schedule:

Days and hours are negotiable, with ability to work on and off site. 

Compensation:

This is a non-paid position. Candidates must be able to receive college credit to be eligible for this internship. If you are interested in this position but cannot receive college credit we still encourage you to apply, as we also have volunteer opportunities available.

2017-2018 MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

 

Position: Marketing & Development Intern

Reports to: Marketing & Development Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·                 Assist with the content development for website and social media

·                 Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, digital newsletters, etc.

·                 Assist in annual fund process, donor appeals, campaigns, etc.

·                 Help organize member and donor events and annual fundraisers

·                 Produce storytelling and publicity pieces

·                 Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

·                 Graduate or undergraduate college/university student

·                 Excellent oral, written, and organization skills

·                 Ability to work individually and in a team

·                 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite and WordPress

·                 Knowledge of current marketing trends, non-profit development

 

Schedule:
